Sport MK Sports Achiever of the Year 2023 Awards

Primary School of the Year – Two Mile Ash School

On Tuesday 5th December, we were honoured to receive the Primary School of the Year award at the Sport MK Sports 2023 Awards evening. A wonderful event held at Denbigh School saw a celebration of the excellent sporting achievements and hard work of sports men, sports women, volunteers and organisations from across Milton Keynes. Adding to the Milton Keynes School Sport Partnership award in July, this recognition caps off a year full of proud moments shared with our pupils and families at Two Mile Ash School. Mr Saville and Mr Hobley thank you all for your commitment and support this year and look forward to what 2024 brings!

Thank you, MK Breakers, for welcoming us following the inspirational assembly from Jordan Spencer earlier in the month- the team played awesome and deserved their big win! We enjoyed getting autographs and photos with the players and can't wait to come back and support you again soon! Let's Go Breakers!

Well done to all of those involved – more courses to follow through the year – sign your child up if you haven’t yet!

This term, over 400 of our pupils enjoyed our first ever Pools to Schools programme at Two Mile Ash School! A total of 100 in-school lessons across four weeks were led by Elite Swimming’s own swimming instructors with children showing great progress throughout the fun sessions. In addition to the lessons, extra-curricular swimming clubs were attended by over 80 of our pupils. We thank parents and pupils for their support and organisation to make it a successful first run of our new swimming initiative at TMA.
